My overall experience was that HCP was a very easy demanding remote job that expected alot of screen time within the working day had very little compensation and an extremely low base salary starting at 38k based out of san diego CA. As one of the consistent outperformers from my 2nd month on the job to my last, I was promised AE promotions for months that never came to fruition. I made a mere 51,500$ on my w2 as an outperformer.

Do not work here. Product is great, team is friendly, but they work sales people like dogs. WFH but you can't leave your computer for a bathroom break without requesting it. These breaks can be denied.
