The compensation is mediocre to bad because they know it’s an easy sale. They don’t care to improve it.
It’s mostly all one call closes.
The expectation falls entirely on the AE to follow processes. Processes are bloated and impressively unnecessary.
All of sales leadership has never been in sales besides Housecall pro, from VP down to management. It shows with directives and management. They scramble when they do poorly one month and punish the sales team.
Sales culture is non existent.
All SDRs are from Mexico. Value quantity over quality.
