Additional experience working with Salesforce is always a plus, but there was a frustrating lack of transparency regarding commission plans. I was never able to obtain a clear explanation of exactly how commission was calculated, either in writing or verbally. The constantly changing qualifiers also seemed to be acting as a capping mechanism on the commission. If having a clearly outlined commission plan is important to you then be wary.
