This is the feeding toon of a toxic work environment. Everyone loves I. Fear of termination. They are churning through VPs, CROs, CTOs, Marketing, managers, and reps. Everyone is over worked, over stressed, and unhealthily under-appreciated. The only redeeming aspect is that there are some decent and talented people who are unfortunate enough to work here with together. Our shared misery is the only solace.

I want to preface this is for the Supply Sales team working directly with our Hotel Partners. During the hiring process the managers over promised on earnings. I had expressed concerns about the base salary + ote being far lower than market average. Changes were made to comp for six months straight as our team was averaging 140% through the six months I was there....Read More
