I want to preface this is for the Supply Sales team working directly with our Hotel Partners. During the hiring process the managers over promised on earnings. I had expressed concerns about the base salary + ote being far lower than market average. Changes were made to comp for six months straight as our team was averaging 140% through the six months I was there. Our leadership fumbled the bag, in our planning, leading to a department reorg. These problems may be ratified now with new leadership inbound! If you grind it is an easy sell and can lead to plenty of money, but since I have posted this things may have changed.

Avoid this place like the plague! Constantly changing KPIs, quota & comp plan. They find reasons not to pay commission and fire employees before stock options vest. Horrific, cringey culture and favoritism from ELT make it all the more unbearable. Total waste of time & energy "selling" a free product with exorbitant customer churn.

If you're looking for a place to grow and build your skills Hotel Engine is the place!. I've been here for a while, and it's been a great experience. The culture is highly supportive, and almost everyone is very cool.
