Avoid this place like the plague! Constantly changing KPIs, quota & comp plan. They find reasons not to pay commission and fire employees before stock options vest. Horrific, cringey culture and favoritism from ELT make it all the more unbearable. Total waste of time & energy "selling" a free product with exorbitant customer churn.

Love it at Engine, great job. No real cons, it is considered a startup company so constant changes but they are usually positive

Stay far away. Mangers and leaders are toxic, you have to hit at least 80% of monthly quota in order to get a dime of commission. Horrible company. All lies.
