The base pay and commissions for a seasoned sales rep at Abrigo is far below what their competitors pay. Such a low sales salary used to cut it when better commissions helped make up for that, but sadly that is no longer the case in 2024 and commissions have been cut in half even for the best sales people, which are on the new business side.
