I was a long-term employee who witnessed what used to be a great privately held company that had a extremely talented and loyal sales team turn into a company that lacks morals, brags about screwing their existing customers and is constantly playing games with compensation to ensure it makes it's lofty profit goals to keep their greedy private equity firm happy. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed the company culture and working in the office. Also felt the company was continuously working to improve and add products to expand the offering to banks. If you are in the right group and have a good territory this is a great spot to be.

Sales leadership has changed and there is a hit to moral. Numbers aren’t realistic.
