Avoid this place like the plague! Constantly changing KPIs, quota & comp plan. They find reasons not to pay commission and fire employees before stock options vest. Horrific, cringey culture and favoritism from ELT make it all the more unbearable. Total waste of time & energy "selling" a free product with exorbitant customer churn.

Company treats employees like a revolving door. Toxic sales, bro work culture. Absolutely zero work life balance. Terrible training and development. Coworkers are amazing. Leadership and upper management are awful, minus a very small few. There is a lot more that can be said, but to sum it up - Do. Not. Work. Here. You will regret it.

Great company for fast transactional selling. But, if you don’t hit your number and you’re not tight with EL, expect a middle of the day Teams meeting unexpectedly to let you know your position has been eliminated.
