Hootsuite was a decent place to work however there were major competitive and product issues and the leadership changing around all the time didn't help things. Ultimately a good experience but this is not a true Enterprise sales culture or environment. Great place to cut your teeth and learn but don't stay too long if you want to keep moving up and making more money.

Great DEI culture. Product -market fit has lagged a lot in last few years and competition has grown at a much faster rate. Compensation structure needs serious review to keep their sellers motivated.
