Overall talent level is high with strong senior leadership and technical engineering support. The opportunity to build/pivot into expanding roles is a positive incentive. Incentive/commissions rates, however, continued to decline over time.

My experience has been absolutely amazing here. Everyone has a "win together" mentality and it really carries throughout the org. The product I am selling is a well known, and great fit in the market. From a compensation perspective, the base is above market average, and the commission structure is very beneficial to continuously increase my earnings.
