My overall experience was that our sales potential is greatly reduced by operational issues. Manufacturing, procurement, and customer experience have led me to be constantly trying to rebuild relationships rather than engaging about new opportunities. However, many people here are also very successful. Becoming good at this job takes 2 years minimum to build momentum unless you walk into managing a top level account.

Overall talent level is high with strong senior leadership and technical engineering support. The opportunity to build/pivot into expanding roles is a positive incentive. Incentive/commissions rates, however, continued to decline over time.

The PPE business has been declining for many years.
