My overall experience was that our sales potential is greatly reduced by operational issues. Manufacturing, procurement, and customer experience have led me to be constantly trying to rebuild relationships rather than engaging about new opportunities. However, many people here are also very successful. Becoming good at this job takes 2 years minimum to build momentum unless you walk into managing a top level account.

Honeywell overall was a good organization, however, the business unit I was in was lacking leadership that actually cared about people. Everyone was a number on a spreadsheet.
