Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee NO proper structure or support, no learning or development options. Management and LT are the worst I ever worked with/for. I do not understand how some of these people get hired in these roles. They are lacking any management or leadership skills . The lack of skills can be seen also across the organisation. 80% of the people I interact with daily have no clue on how to do their job or they are to lazy to do it. Most people are 5-10 years in the roles and have just given up in trying.
