The product I am selling is a well known, and great fit in the market. From a compensation perspective, the base is above market average, and the commission structure is very beneficial to continuously increase my earnings.

Former Employee3.6May 9, 2024Overall talent level is high with strong senior leadership and technical engineering support. The opportunity to build/pivot into expanding roles is a positive incentive. Incentive/commissions rates, however, continued to decline over time.
