My overall experience was disappointing. Multiple org changes and different teams all can sell the same of competitive products. They are very self centric and don’t put the customer first.

NO proper structure or support, no learning or development options. Management and LT are the worst I ever worked with/for. I do not understand how some of these people get hired in these roles.
