Once renowned for its dynamic growth trajectory and vibrant corporate culture, it has now devolved into a realm of archaic leadership devoid of empathy towards both sales personnel and executive oversight.

My overall experience was that great product market fit isn’t enough. The company can do great things if they opened their ideas to people who come from elsewhere. Culture needs a lot of work - people are leaving even in the world of uncertainty and in hard economic times which should tell the executive and people team to keep their eyes and ears open.
