Overall loved my time and the people are great just a struggle with the software being a nice to have a messaging not landing for most companies

Promotions do not make sense… rules are inconsistent to fit who they want to promote… Quota structure makes it very difficult to hit quota…. High churn Good place to learn, good coworkers

The culture and diversity needs work and they've obviously switched gears over the past few years. The money initially was great, then when the focus switched to IPO, things changed up.

There have been many changes during my tenure here (team structure, gtm strategy, pricing, etc), which is to be expected of a scale up during this time. Overall earning potential is high, you get to work with some really good customers, and the product can tie to ROI.
