There is not growth opportunity for BDR’s here. They eliminated the path from BDR to AE which every company has. They want you to go from mid market BDR then to enterprise BDR and then if there’s a “business need” you’ll get to go to AE. I never saw anyone get to be an AE

Horrible company. Weak executive Managment, no real care for the employees. For a startup, compensation package is horrible. Horrible support team that is all completely offshore. Crazy travel mandates as well. Not much good to say.
