Current Employee I suggest anyone whether an experienced IC or sales professional who has been trained well to stay far away from here. The CEO is the main issue, he is past his prime and all know it. He simply has some control over the business but that's waning as the competition is catching up. Average tenure of the entire org is 15 months - that should say enough. Less than 10% of the sales org is there for more than 1 year yet they've been around for 20 years.
