Huge issues with the deliverables by support teams; not possible to make more than $100k in my territory which is a smaller, Midwest area. Competition is low amongst SMB meaning their need to spend is not as necessary as in a larger city

Great training program but can have a lot of trouble building a pipeline in the beginning. Heavy competition with other SDRs.

The managers are not compensated well for the amount of work they are required to do in this role. They are also blamed for any and all issues regarding rep and client retention. I do enjoy the other managers that I work with in this role. They are supportive and always willing to give advice and support when needed. My manager is hands off which is mostly good...Read More

Overall experience was not great. Worked with nice people, but the micromanagement got old quickly. It was also tough selling a product that was more of a want rather than a need. Probably a better product in large cities.
