The compensation plan changes every year with major shifts in strategic focus metrics. The changes in metrics has been very difficult to hit the last 3 years. Overall the comp package is competitive but it’s all about your account quota.

Terrible culture. Watched them destroy a sales team so others can receive credit who didn’t do anything to move the needle. They will cap your compensation and will review if they need to pay you if you do too well.

poor base pay. good culture and remote work opportunities. Not easy to hunt new business as prospecting tools are non existent and a very much channel first business...
