Great company to have on resume. Lots of learning potential, but you need to be in the Houston Headquarters for any long term benefits.

They need to do further interviews with upper management. And restructure the training program. 7 hours of training looking at a computer is not efficient.

The pay and product are great. The structure in the storage org is poor. You need to make sure you ask for help in order to stay afloat.
