pretty ok, there is complex matrix organisation to maneuver typical in large MNC, people are generally cooperative and approachable

My overall experience was OK but not great. There was absolutely no on boarding training for my role and basically no support in learning the internal processes. I started off as a contract worker with salary and commission. They switched me to strictly salary based, but still had me tied to my previous quota of sales that I had to meet each quarter and annually.
