Low expectations, fun environment. Pay is on lower end for sales leadership roles but the pressure is almost zero.

The company at its core is doing the right thing, Opportunities for new people to start fresh are few and far between, high burnout rate and I think that's attributable to their comp structure although highly lucrative, it's very complicated and hard to attain.

Awesome manager but the role had extraordinarily high turnover - upwards of 95%. No base, no cap on earnings model only really works for those with a network of CPA/accountant/insurance brokers before taking on the job. Cold calling/door pulling is the only source of lead gen without a referral network in place.
