Heartland is a good company but the product is not advertised, nor is it rated in the top 10 of companies offering similar services. It is a hard sell and you have to put as much work gaining referral sources as you do prospecting. No salary but you do get residual pay as long as the client remains with Heartland. I have done sales for over 18 years and have been successful. It this position truly tested my resolve.

Worst job I’ve ever had. Micromanagement to the core. No perks what so ever. Terrible trainers with bad sales backgrounds. Scummy industry with literally thousands of competitors selling the exact same thing. Only recommend if you need to break into sales

Every salesperson except the people who get fed silver platter leads is poor and struggling…. Terrible, delusional overly optimistic leadership that isn’t getting fired inspire of terrible performance….
