Can’t move up in the company. Lots of promises made, no execution to help or make things better. Pay was fair.

Heartland is a good company but the product is not advertised, nor is it rated in the top 10 of companies offering similar services. First 3 months was great as it was a ramp-up period but it pretty much depends in your leadership and the territory. Unfortunately for me, I was completely left lead with novice type of training and the man who hired me was completely clueless on the territories. My recommendation, look into the profile of the person hiring you but the company isn't bad.
