The base compensation is competitive with other companies, but the commission structure is poor, and management is ineffective. The people (in general) are kind and nice to work with, but the fact that management isn't good is currently leading to many employees (especially top performers) leaving quickly after joining.

Leadership is terrible, they have no empathy or a clue about what's going on at the forefront, they just talk at you and tell you what to do instead of asking how they could help.
