The UK team gets preferred deal structuring and much more flexibility when it comes to custom deal creation, while the US team is left with a standard crappy expensive non-working product to sell. Despite the disparity, everyone is held to the same quota standards.
Very dated organization that desperately needs broader org transparency and innovation.
