Extremely unrealistic expectations and an overall toxic workplace. Turnover is extremely high, and one of your colleagues will be fired virtually every single day for not meeting their ridiculous expectations. The ONLY good thing about this organization is the work life balance. European leadership has no clue how to run a business in America, and Groupon's continuously falling stock prices reflect that.

Favoritism and lack of accountability from leadership. They were supposed to send leads for territory once a week, and for 5 months I only got sent leads 3 times. They would send me leads for random places then turn around and say I couldn’t move forward with those accounts.

If you join be ready to join the transformation and do everything you can to help it succeed. Groupon just saved itself from sinking but now it needs to right the ship.
