It is a great place to learn and grow in your early sales journey. Sales leadership does want the best for you personally and is very supportive. The leadership is horrid and treated employees like cattle. Everything set up very much in a "Lord of the Flies" mindset, where sales reps were incentivized to steal leads from other sales reps.
