Good sales training program and directors that invest a lot in you to improve your sales skill and help close deals. Organization itself has just gone downhill unfortunately. Almost everything you sell will have an issue and customers are just not happy and sales has to deal with it. They also recently changed the comp plan and many people are upset with it.

My overall experience was pretty good. While I had problems with certain expectations from higher ups and aspects of the culture at the office, I learned a lot about the sales process and products and believe there is ample opportunity to make a very good living at this company.
