Stopped investing in customer support and innovation. Prices went up but the product doesn’t do anything to justify the increase. Customers in the public sector are over Granicus.

Really challenging internal systems. Clients/selling is easiest part of the role. ESG is lip service. Still run by and for straight white men.

In my time here, I've noticed a trend in how they acquire companies with established customer bases & good products without consideration for how to ensure these products can be appropriately supported by existing Granicus resources.
