Stopped investing in customer support and innovation. Prices went up but the product doesn’t do anything to justify the increase. Customers in the public sector are over Granicus.

Granicus is a solid here-to-stay SaaS org. They are easily the most recognized name in the space, which lends built in momentum for all selling efforts.

The goals are ridiculous based on the avearge sale size. Also, the prices are around 4x more than our competitors and the value of more analytics is a hard ROI to sell into government. My clients just need to "check a box" instead of trying to be leaders to be admired. There is no way under God's sky that the math works out to ever hit $180K OTE...even if you hit...Read More
