Good sales training and makes you really put yourself out there over the phone and in person, management is toxic and it's got frat house culture/favoritism, commission is way under market rate

Overall the experience gave me a ton of practice saying no and an appreciation for what I can do when I set my mind to it. Overall worked too hard for too little compensation, with no real help from “managers” or “sales coaches”. Biggest problem is they promoted ambitious sales people who had 0 interest in managing. My overall experience was good. The culture of the company fits me very well but the sales cycle in my opinion is too short to achieve monthly goals, especially in the beginning. Most people join the company based on the OTE that is discussed that in reality, only 10% of first-year producers achieve.
