Overall the experience gave me a ton of practice saying no and an appreciation for what I can do when I set my mind to it. Overall worked too hard for too little compensation, with no real help from “managers” or “sales coaches”. Biggest problem is they promoted ambitious sales people who had 0 interest in managing. Just wanted to make more money with more job security.

Good sales training and makes you really put yourself out there over the phone and in person, management is toxic and it's got frat house culture/favoritism, commission is way under market rate

Goosehead teaches you good fundamentals on selling and the grit it can take to make money in sales. They said the companies business model preys on new college graduates who have never sold a thing in their life, pushes them to sell into their own personal network.
