Leadership so far removed from reality. Continuously made bad business decisions that had an extremely detrimental impact on our customers. Very sad

Decent but immature. Sales process changes too much. Freedom enables me to overachieve. Those two parallels happen in a very seasonal business in-which you have to plan territory for execution longitudinally… If you are lucky enough to keep a territory for multiple years.

Great place in terms of compensation and learning opportunities but the sales process is not properly setup. A lot of ambiguity and waste of time and resources as the result
