Unfortunately the leadership has created a toxic environment. Colleagues are political and burntout in order to survive. Incredibly slim chance for promotions. Google Cloud culture is different to the rest.

It is a Great company, it's just changed a bit in the past few years, and is now more focused on profits. But it all comes down to the team you end in and the manager you end up with. Quota attainment will be directly based on these facts.
