The cloud market is fairly mature now. Google Cloud is the land of feast and famine. There are some that do well and many that don't. We lack a lot of leadership--internal systems are a mess, companies we acquire are poorly integrated and we don't seem to have much of a compelling view of the future. All that said, Google offers a flexible, respectful culture and good compensation.

Google cloud still has some growing up to do and I think the comp plans need some TLC. First line sellers may struggle as the managing of 2 buckets (bookings/consumption) can make hitting targets tricky

Middle management in some regions is a complete and total nightmare. The worst I have experienced in a 20 year career.
