Gong is a great company. I enjoy the people I work with, it’s far from a toxic workplace, leadership is there to help; everyone is very supportive. I work in the SF office, it’s beautiful, we get free lunch, snacks, travel stipend, and the joy of selling an awesome product. I wish the comp was higher for SDR’s. There’s a base pay of $62.5k with OTE of 90k. There have been a lot of changes to territories, books of business changes, and how quota is achieved. Thats made the job harder. Overall great company to work for.

Gong really sets all new hires up for success, and the leadership spends countless hours checking in on you to make sure you are doing well outside of work as well. I've had 8 careers, without a doubt Gong is the best company I have ever worked for.
