Been at Gong for awhile now and it's been a fantastic sales org. No company is perfect, and you'll work your butt off here, but you'll learn a ton in the job and the ability to overperform is better than at most sales orgs, especially these days. We've had a lot of folks boomerang back after trying their hand at other companies. You're surrounded by a ton of very smart and talented folks as well.

Quality inbound leads are few and far between. Most leads come from individual contributors who download content from the website. They do not have power and can't make buying decisions. You will need to prospect for the vast majority of your business.
