Awful place if you're in sales, in lead gen or AE. AEs average around 15% close rate, with deals around 3-4k. Vp of sales is incompetent and has no idea what he's doing. My experience at GoCo.io was disappointing, especially after my manager left and sales oversight shifted to the VP, whose micromanagement and limited experience hindered the team.
