My overall experience has been positive because I have a great manager, but this fish rots from the head. If you are in enterprise, expect zero autonomy and the CEO to come in and destructively criticize everything you do as an AE/SC team. From there, he'll take over and pull in everyone he needs from other departments to sell a deal even if the product isn't a great fit for the prospect. The product team is extremely out of touch and about 3-4 years behind on innovation. I have no idea how Glassdoor reviews are so high for this place.
