Overall GitLab has been a great place to grow in the role of BDR. This past year was definitely a tougher slog compared to the year before bt the good reps are still hitting and exceeding quotas. GitLab is a fun place to work. As an outbound BDR inbound leads are not existent and will have to work hard to get to quota. As far as compensation goes, it's fair for the location you are based in. SLC BDR for example would make less than a BDR in Seattle.
