This was a great place to work back in the day, but the new leadership has destroyed the culture. It's a shame. Paul Hooper was a fantastic CEO, but the new CEO uses fear as a motivator. On top of that, he is so petty and insecure that he monitors how many people read his CEO note of the day on slack and compares it to Paul's likes and reaction numbers. Avoid at all costs.

Worse company culture I've ever worked for. Arrogance, nepotism, and favouritism are the main vibe in this company. Very old school mentality that some ppl brought from Juniper.

A very good and reliable product. A tough sell, but very happy customer once onboarded. Leadership and culture was one of the worst I’ve experienced.
