Current Employee They have a wonderful group of front line sales teams. The leadership from the executive levels to SSDs is less than transparent. Executive team pretends they’re experts on software sales, but are truly out of touch with current day realities. They also live in a bubble and rarely leave their Santa Clara ivory towers, but will venture to a more exotic locale to “support” the sellers (I.e. no one in the continental US). They have severely botched sellers comp plans; only 2-4 reps + SEs qualified for President’s Club (100%+ quota attainment), but somehow the entire renewals team qualified, along with non-sales roles. They’re going to raise quotas, but no one will know until Q2 (when they’ve already figured out what the pipeline/deals are so they can fix the game). Browse Other Reviews
