Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Gartner is an amazing organization... as long as you get the right leader and the right territory. Any prospective candidates should ask great 2nd and 3rd level questions about the leadership expectations and territory they will be aligned to. Unfortunately I was aligned to a niche role with $2.4m in single year deals that were not sold as a "renewable solution" which resulted in me taking over $1m in hits in my territory. This could be the role that ends my long tenure at a great company and the results fall strictly on me. I wish I would have known more about the management style and territory prior to taking the role.
