My overall experience at Gartner has been positive. This company is an unbelievable resume builder, and can give you great experience to either move up in the company, or bounce to another organization. I have no complaints about the company as a whole. Only downside is that within my region, in order to move into leadership, you need to be part of the club. You can kill it and be a great leader, but in order to move up you need to play the game.

Gartner is great overall but be certain what is being asked of you in your role. Most roles will include a 'book' of accounts and a few prospect accounts. If you inherit a risky book, it can be difficult to make your plan. New account wins are rare.
