Best culture & incentive structure you may see in the market. Management is supportive and so are the policies. Appraisals are upto 300% in 5-6 years (exceptional cases) Only challenge is when they hire, they pay lower than Tech sales market, filtering out creme-dela-creme of the Technology/IT enterprise sales talent. This results in hiring from non traditional companies resulting in a very non-tech sales talent. Mostly mediocrity.
