Quotas are made to be attainable which helps with hitting accelerators and winners circle. Base comp is lower compared to similar roles, however the benefits here far outweigh that.

The targets are reasonable, and there is uncapped commissions once you hit quota, earning 20%+ on each deal you bring in.
