Pretty steep learning curve with no quota ramp after 2-3 week of onboarding. Great learning & development opportunities with high rates of internal hiring and chances of a promotion. The sales team is increasingly becoming younger which can be off-putting to some. Assume there are no inbound leads other than the odd MQL.

My overall experience is very positive with Gartner. Despite paying underneath a vendor salary, the work/life balance, training and people all rank towards the high end of my work experience
