Overall good place for young professionals. However lots of changes to various teams and servicing. Often being beaten on price by competition who are cheaper and more flexible with commercial offerings means that it can be hard to win. In general good team, however yet to see what the recent changes will produce.

GLG is a market leader, at risk of and in some sectors actively being disrupted, and is a great company for early professionals in non-sales roles. The company itself is not a sales-driven organization and will struggle to develop early career BD professionals or satisfy those already in sales unless they have been at the company for a decade.
